Movie poster
This two-color print works both as a large-scale poster and as a brochure to read up close, featuring information about a Sci-fi movie event.

Process
In this project I created a movie poster using only two complementary colors: blue and orange. When these colors overlapped in print, they blended to form black, while the white paper backdrop served as the fourth color.
The image is a still from The Matrix, and adds drama and direction to the composition. The knife in the image hints at the conceptual connection with the sliced letters, creating a visual narrative within the design.

Final refections
Creating this two-color/two-scale print showed me the importance of adaptability in design. Designing for different scales simultaneously required me to carefully consider composition and readability, and ultimately made me see how design choices affect the overall user experience.
